Hi, I ’m Rozzy, a dedicated physiotherapist with 13 years of experience, proudly holding a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Plymouth University.

 

Since qualifying, I’ve spent the majority of my career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, which has given me a solid background in working with patients and helping to rehabilitate to their full potential.

 

Over the past three years, I’ve upskilled to specialising in women’s health developing a passion for supporting women during all life stages. I’m committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers my clients.

👩‍👧‍👦 Who I Am Outside the Clinic​

• I’m a proud mum of two energetic boys—aged 4 and 7—so I deeply understand the challenges of balancing motherhood and a career.

• We live by the sea, and the ocean is our happy place—whether it’s beach walks or paddling.

• I’ve also loved horse riding, which is my lifelong passion, that keeps me grounded and energised.
